FAQ

  • Health and wellness coaching is an individualized, client-centered approach that provides support, partnership, and accountability to help people reach their self-identified goals. Coaches are equipped with skills specific to supporting lifestyle and behavior changes that optimize wellbeing through a collaborative, evolutionary relationship.

  • Integrative signifies the best of all approaches. Think of integration as the crossroads between ancient and modern, West and East, traditional and exploratory, a place where everything is on the table. Integrative health and wellness coaching deeply respects and borrows from evidence-based practices across the world, pairing those with conventional medicine models, to meet the needs of our clients while seeking out and addressing the root causes of their dis-ease. Integrative models acknowledge that there are many factors influencing health (biological, psychological, social, ecological, spiritual, and more), and coaches partner with clients to identify and mitigate those factors. It’s our philosophy that the best practice is the one that works for that individual.

  • No. Health and wellness coaches, whether certified by the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching or any other certifying body, cannot dispense psychotherapy services; offer medical advice; diagnose, treat, or cure pathologies; or prescribe medications unless that coach is also a licensed physician.

  • Please see the services tab for more details or reach out to us here if you would like to inquire about specific services not listed.

  • The structure of packages was created with the greatest benefit of client and coach in mind. Making real, lasting lifestyle changes takes time, practice, and self-compassion. The pricing of services was determined by honoring the client’s investment to prioritize their health and wellbeing while respecting the coach’s credentials. If you are interested in working with a Magnolia & Sage Wellness coach but the pricing or package structure is incompatible with your availbility, please reach out to us here to see if accommodations can be made.
